CONNECTED RIDING CLINIC
with TRISHA WREN (NZ)
APRIL 24-26, CANBERRA EQUESTRIAN CENTRE
Learn how to really connect with your horse, on the ground and in the saddle, taking your horsemanship and performance to new levels. Improving your connection – through communication, body awareness, correct posture, and releasing tension and bracing patterns - helps your horse become more attentive and consistent, softer, less spooky and more engaged.
CONNECTED RIDING® is a holistic approach to classical riding principles that bio-mechanically enhances freedom of movement for the performance, health and longevity of both horse and rider. The techniques of Connected Riding® show riders how to find the place where the body can automatically rebalance itself while influencing and moving with the horse’s motion. Connected Riding® provides the basis for all higher level movements and can be applied to all riding disciplines.
TRISHA WREN helps others understand and communicate more effectively with their horses. She offers 'balanced' riding sessions to promote security in the saddle and enable riders to feel more connection with their horse. Even advanced or competitive riders can vastly improve their horse’s performance by addressing how they use their body in the saddle. All disciplines are catered for, whether for competition or pleasure - good horsemanship is good horsemanship!
